Top 5 Food Delivery Services on Android in Central America Q1 2023

The first quarter of 2023 saw notable activity among the top 5 food delivery apps on Android in Central America. Data from Sensor Tower reveals interesting trends in weekly downloads and active users for these apps.

DiDi Food: Express Delivery experienced a steady climb in weekly downloads. Starting at around 98K downloads at the end of December, the app saw a consistent increase, peaking at approximately 121K downloads in mid-March. Active users also remained robust, fluctuating between 1.3M and 1.5M throughout the quarter.

Rappi: Food Delivery, Grocery also demonstrated growth in weekly downloads, beginning the quarter with about 95K and reaching a high of approximately 120K by mid-February. Weekly active users ranged from 1.3M to 1.5M, with noticeable peaks in mid-February.

Uber Eats: Food Delivery saw moderate but steady performance in weekly downloads, starting at 58K and maintaining around 60K towards the end of March. Active users showed a slight decline from around 1M to approximately 890K over the quarter.

PedidosYa - Delivery Online maintained a consistent download rate, with figures ranging from 36K to 52K. Active users for PedidosYa also remained stable, fluctuating between 680K and 770K throughout the quarter.
